INSURANCE COVERAGE
Dr. Doft is out-of-network with all insurance carriers. However, if you have out-of-network benefits, we may be able to work with your policy for medically necessary procedures.

OUT OF TOWN PATIENTS
Dr. Doft treats patients from all over the world, including Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia, the Middle East, and Russia. While you are in New York, please allow our staff to help plan your transportation, accommodations, nursing needs, and any other requests that your may have to make this process as easy as possible.
Due to differences in time zones it is often most convenient to communicate by e-mail to obtain preliminary information from our office. In order to schedule a telephone or video consultation, Dr. Doft will need photographs of the areas of interest. These can either be mailed to us or transmitted by computer using high-resolution digital images. Our e-mail address is: info@doftplasticsurgery.com
Here is a brief description of the photographs necessary for evaluation purposes.
FACIAL PHOTOGRAPHS
Which include front and side views as well as a close-up view of the eyes.
BREAST PHOTOGRAPHS
Which include a front view and an oblique view (45 degrees from front) of each side.
ABDOMINAL VIEWS (FRONT AND SIDE)
Which include the entire abdomen from the bottom of the breasts to the upper thighs.
LIPSUCTION VIEWS
Views which extend from the navel to the knees and include front and back views or other desired areas.
After Dr. Doft has evaluated the photographs, our patient coordinator will arrange for a telephone or video consultation. We recommend that our patients do not travel for at least 10 days after surgery.
THE OFFICE
Located on the ground floor of a beautiful pre-war building, patients will find a warm and inviting office decorated like a stylish private home to make your visit more comfortable. Designed by Ian Kazanowski of IK studios, the office draws inspiration from visionary female artisans.
